Our Freight Services & Schedules
We offer three core freight routes tailored to your shipping needs:
• Cameroon to the UK (via EEL): Dispatched bi-weekly on Fridays.
• Cameroon to Schengen Countries: Dispatched bi-weekly on Fridays.
• Note for Cameroon Departures: To ensure your goods are processed for the Friday shipment, items must be delivered to us no later than Thursday at 3:00 PM.
• UK to Cameroon: Dispatched monthly with a swift 10-day delivery transit time.
Pricing & Rate Structures
Payment Note: All final amounts are rounded up to the nearest kilogram, converted to British Pounds (£), and paid directly into our UK bank account.
1. Cameroon to the United Kingdom
• Minimum Charge: 35,000 XAF (covers 1–5 kg)
• Standard Weight Tier Pricing:
• 5 kg to 50 kg: 7,000 XAF / kg
• 51 kg to 100 kg: 6,750 XAF / kg
• 101 kg to 150 kg: 6,500 XAF / kg
• 151 kg to 250 kg: 6,200 XAF / kg
• 251 kg to 500 kg: 5,400 XAF / kg
• Above 500 kg: 4,800 XAF / kg
• Special Items (Cosmetics, hair products, traditional/cultural attire): 7,500 XAF per kg (up to 100 kg) | 7,000 XAF per kg (above 100 kg).
• Frames, Banners, & Bulky Items: 8,500 XAF – 13,000 XAF per kg.
2. Cameroon to Schengen Countries
• Minimum Charge: 88,000 XAF (covers 1–10 kg)
• Under 30 kg: 8,800 XAF / kg (Standard) | 9,000 XAF / kg (Special Items)
• Above 30 kg: 7,750 XAF / kg (Standard) | 8,000 XAF / kg (Special Items)
3. UK to Cameroon
• Minimum Charge: 80,000 XAF (covers up to 10 kg). Parcels under 10 kg will be billed at the flat 10 kg minimum rate.
• Additional Weight: 8,000 XAF per additional kg. We accommodate shipments ranging from small parcels to several tons.
• Electronics & Valuables:
• Battery-operated items: Subject to a mandatory £150 battery check fee. We recommend shipping a minimum of 7 items together to optimize this cost.
• High-value items (Phones, laptops, etc.): Rates range from 30,000 XAF to 65,000 XAF per item/kg, depending on the total value.
4 Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items
To comply with international customs regulations, please review our restricted items list before booking:
• Strictly Prohibited on ALL Routes: Meat, Canda (tripe), Honey, Sprays, and Perfumes.
• Prohibited from Cameroon to UK & Schengen: Fish, Crayfish, and Snails.
