We offer several delivery options with Uk main delivery companies to guarantee your parcel is safe and delivery is efficient. All delivery prices including Next day and Special delivery depend on the parcel's weight and size however we promise to get the best quote for our customers.

Yes. We will contact all our customers to notify them of their parcel's arrival to the UK. You can then inform us if you would like your parcel to be posted to your UK address or if you would like to collect. In case of collection, an appointment needs to be made to arrange pickup.

If you miss your collection appointment, you can reschedule your appointment up to 3 times within a 30 days time frame. Any parcel not collected or posted within 30 days will be destroyed.

Yes, all services booked through us, include full online tracking from collection right through to delivery.
You will be given a unique tracking number so you can monitor their parcels journey.
